Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I had an excellent experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service in Palm Bay, and I especially want to recognize Mike. From the beginning, he was incredibly kind, patient, honest, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle instead of just throwing repairs and prices at me, which I really appreciated. They diagnosed my alternator/battery issue, got the work taken care of quickly, and Mike kept me informed throughout the process. When I later had some stubborn warning lights that wouldn’t clear, he and the team genuinely tried everything they could before being upfront with me that it needed to go to Honda for further diagnostics. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, and no pretending they could fix something they couldn’t just to make more money. It’s hard to find an auto shop where you feel like you’re being treated like a person instead of a dollar sign. Mike made an already stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and kindness. Tuffy Palm Bay has absolutely earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend them! And somebody give Mike a ra

Great service and great price. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. On the way there I got a low tire pressure warning. They found a nail in the tire and were able to fix it on the spot.

The first time I came here was such a easy going experience they fixed my flat tire and got my alignment and back on the road in less than a hour. I had something additional come up and fought with the dealership for 3 weeks after that exhausting experience with the dealership, I decided to come by again to get a second opinion and that was the best choice I could have made. I got connected with Mike and explained to him what was going on he told me to come in and they'd take a look. Once they inspected the issues he sat down with me and explained to me what was going on with my vehicle, he took me step by step and made sure I saw and understood everything he was telling and was able to save me probably over a 1k in repairs. I am now choosing Tuffy over the dealership any day. Thank you to Mike and Garrett who worked on my car the both times for making this entire process easier and stress reducing. Highly recommend!

We had a really good experience with Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center in Palm Bay. When we first called, the team was patient with us, listened carefully to our needs, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. That made us feel comfortable right from the start. They were also efficient with the repair and got everything taken care of quickly. One thing that really stood out was the added value—they even provided us with free roadside assistance! As one of their pamphlets says: “Bring your car to Tuffy and get free roadside assistance and our 2 year/24,000 mile Done Right Promise with every single purchase. Now, that’s what you call peace of mind.” And honestly, we couldn’t agree more. We hope we won’t need the roadside assistance, but knowing it’s there definitely gives us confidence. This level of care and reassurance makes it very likely we’ll be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!
